Almost all tournaments have a STAY AND PLAY policy, we will block the rooms as soon we have the hotels links we will provide for you, make sure you block you reservation as soon we provide that information. We have limited number of rooms so if you dont book the rooms in the period of time, there may not be availability. In some case, we know what WAVE your teams will play some other DON'T.
All tournaments listed as STAY AND PLAY means you must book using the link provided. If not , you can book anywhere.

Click ON the next available RED ROOM NUMBER to the left to enter your credit card and contact information to secure your room (do NOT click the box to right or select “add room”);
Team name matters! Please enter all guest information and select your correct club/team name. If it does not appear in the drop down box, please call for assistance;
Enter payment information to pay the AES Booking fee (only the AES fee of $8.50 will be charged; room charges are handled by the hotel at time of check-in or as listed in the cancellation policy).
If you are still having difficulty securing your room online, you can call 800-603-0917, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm CST, and a housing specialist can assist you.

Because a credit card is required, reservations cannot be booked via email request. Please follow the online booking instructions provided by your club or call 800-603-0917 for assistance. We are including a step-by-step version of the instructions below. Please note, AES is not compatible with Explorer; be sure to use Chrome, Edge, Firefox or alternate web browser.
