AAU Volleyball Nationals Updates     Pre-Entrance Health Screening and Covid Precautions For a full explanation of this process and precautions being taken, please CLICK HERE. AAU Release: Everyone entering the building will need to sign an AAU waiver/release form. The Non-Athlete form can be viewed and printed HERE. The form for athletes and underage chaperones can be viewed and printed HERE. Please bring all of your teams signed waivers to team check-in. This is REQUIRED. Chaperones Each team is allowed to have 10 chaperones enter with the team each day. These 10 chaperones will be able to be changed from day to day. To make this transition as easy as possible, we have added the option to add alternate chaperones to your roster. To make changes to your chaperone/alternate chaperone list, please CLICK HERE and login to your roster. From the Coaches View screen, click on your team name and then click Add/Edit Roster (this will be a red or blue button). From the roster page, you can add all potential chaperones/alternate chaperones that may come to the event. You will have until Sunday, July 12th to make any changes to your roster online. After this date, you will need to make any changes to potential chaperones/alternate chaperones at team check-in. To add your 10 chaperones, click Add New Chaperone and select them from the dropdown. If you do not see the person you need to add, you may add them manually by entering their non-athlete membership number and zip code. Please note, ALL chaperones and alternate chaperones will need to have a valid non-athlete AAU membership before they can be added to a roster and/or enter the event. To add your alternate chaperones, click Add New Alternate Chaperone and select them from the dropdown. Again, if you do not see the person you need to add, you may add them manually by entering their non-athlete membership number and zip code. Regardless of how many chaperones/alternate chaperones you add to your roster, ONLY 10 will be admitted per day. Chaperones cannot be changed within the same day (meaning you cannot have 10 enter in the AM and a different 10 enter later in the day). Reminder, all members of the team including athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, team reps, and chaperones must enter the facility together as a group. Individual members will not be permitted.
